Adjust and listen
A second layer plays the same affirmations offset in time, one on the left and one on the right. The voices overlap, making the words even harder to make out. The gaps between your affirmations disappear, and every affirmation plays twice as often in your track. Why this helps: in subliminal practice, the idea is that your conscious mind stops following and judging the individual words, so you simply relax into the sound, while your affirmations keep repeating in the background without pauses. Turn it off if you want your affirmations to stay clearly audible, as two voices at once can sound busy at a higher volume.

What is a subliminal affirmation track?
It's an audio track in which spoken affirmations are layered beneath music at a volume you choose. At a subliminal level, the words sit so quietly under the music that you no longer consciously make them out. You can also choose to keep them softly or clearly audible. How does it work?
Record your affirmations or upload a recording, choose the music, add an optional frequency and set how audible your voice should be. Listen to a 20-second preview and adjust until it feels right. After payment, your full 30-minute track is created and ready to download.
Will I be able to hear my affirmations?
That's up to you. Choose subliminal to hide the words beneath the music, softly audible to blend them in, or clearly audible to hear every word. The preview lets you hear the result before you order. Which level suits you?
What do the frequencies do?
You can add a pure tone such as 432 Hz or 528 Hz, or choose the theta binaural music, which is only effective with headphones. These frequencies are traditionally associated with qualities like calm or transformation. Can I use my own music?
Yes. Upload an MP3 or WAV of up to 10 minutes; it repeats seamlessly throughout your 30-minute track. Please only upload music you have the rights to use.
How long is my track, and in which format?
Your track is 30 minutes long and delivered as an MP3 file. It's created right after your payment is confirmed, which usually takes a few minutes. You'll see the download on screen and receive the link by email.
How long can I download my track?
Your download stays available for 10 days after your track has been created. Please save the file on your device.
What happens to my recording?
Your recording is used only to create your track. The preview is made in your own browser, and your recording is only uploaded when you continue to payment. It is never used to train AI or to clone your voice, and it is deleted automatically as soon as your track is ready.
How do I pay, and can I use a discount code?
Payment is handled securely by Stripe. The available payment methods are shown at checkout and depend on your country, for example cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Bancontact. Enter a discount code under the price before you continue to payment.
Can I get a refund?
Because your track is created especially for you right after payment, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once creation has begun, as you confirm at checkout. If something goes wrong, for example you didn't receive your track or the file is faulty, email us and we'll make it right.
When should I listen?
Many people listen while resting, reading, working or falling asleep. Please don't listen in situations where you need your full attention, such as while driving or operating machinery. A practical guide to listening.
